Terms of Services
-
1
Project Scope. The project will be developed based on the agreed requirements and features discussed before starting the project. Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work.
-
2
Payment Terms. A 50% advance payment is required before starting the project. The remaining 50% must be paid before the final delivery or deployment of the project.
-
3
Project Timeline. The project timeline will be estimated based on the project requirements. Any delay in providing required materials or feedback from the client may extend the delivery timeline.
-
4
Revisions. Minor revisions related to the agreed design or functionality will be provided during the development phase. Major changes or additional requests may require extra charges.
-
5
Post-Launch Support. After the website is released, 1 month of free support will be provided for issues related to the existing content and functionality.
-
6
Additional Work. Any new pages, new features, or additional content requested after the project scope is finalized will be considered separate work and charged based on the hourly rate.
-
7
Content Responsibility. The client must provide text content, images, logos, and other materials required for the website. If the client opts for UI/UX design and text content services from us, our team will handle the logo design, UI/UX design, and text content preparation as part of the service.
-
8
Third-Party Costs. Costs related to hosting, domain, paid plugins, APIs, or third-party services are not included in the development cost unless explicitly mentioned.
-
9
Maintenance Services. Ongoing maintenance, updates, and support after the free support period can be provided under a separate maintenance agreement or hourly billing.
-
10
Project Cancellation. If the project is cancelled after development has started, the advance payment will not be refundable, and payment must be made for the work already completed.
-
11
Ownership. After full payment, the client will have full rights to use the live website. Source code and project files will not be provided unless specifically agreed before starting the project.
-
12
Portfolio Rights. The freelancer reserves the right to show the completed project in their portfolio or for promotional purposes.
-
13
Service Discontinuation. If the client discontinues the service at any time, source code and project files will not be provided. These remain the property of the developer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
